Six to eighteen months, structured around a defined coordination outcome with named institutional counterparties. We measure success by deployment, not deliverables.
How do you handle confidentiality?
Information shared in early conversations stays in early conversations. Mutual NDAs are standard. We do not publicly reference clients without explicit written consent.
What does engagement cost?
Retainer plus outcome-aligned components, scoped to the mandate. We share specifics after a qualifying conversation — pricing on a public page would not be meaningful given the scope variance.
